What if I have a problem with my order?

Please contact us immediately if there is any problem with your order. If it is determined that the item must be returned, the customer will receive a full refund minus the shipping charges. Item must be shipped within 7 days after it was received. Items must be returned in the original packaging, in the same, unused condition it was received. Returns are not accepted for custom orders.
My order came in and doesn't look exactly like the picture?

Please keep in mind that all orders are handmade. Item received may be slightly different than the pictured item.
